Robert P. Wisniewski II

Robert brings a strong litigation background and a compassionate, client-centered approach to every case he handles.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The Ohio State University in 2017 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Capital University in 2023. During law school, he interned with the Columbus City Prosecutor’s Office, developing a foundation in courtroom advocacy and criminal law.

Following law school, Robert began his legal career at a private criminal defense firm, representing indigent clients and developing hands-on litigation and trial experience. He later transitioned to immigration law, focusing on family-based immigration, asylum, and removal defense.

His immigration work has included helping clients pursue lawful permanent residency and naturalization, reunite with family members, obtain protection through asylum, and secure release from immigration detention.

Robert founded his firm with the goal of providing determined and effective representation to people facing some of the most consequential legal challenges of their lives.
